I have lived at Charter Oaks for 7 years now and can say that I have always been treated with respect. The maintenance staff is wonderful. They usually make the repair the same day. The sidewalks are always clear from snow and ice. That's very important to me. The leasing staff is professional and knowledgeable. Any of my questions have always received a great response. The apartment is older, but you wouldn't know it based upon the upkeep. I love it here and will call it home for years to come.
