I know there is not much management can do about loud neighbors, but come on. They tell you to call maintanence if you have a noisy neighbor and they will tell them to keep it down. Well, that is true. However, as soon as the maintanence guy leaves, the neighbors from hell get even LOUDER. When we signed out lease, we were told you get THREE warnings for being excessively loud and then they can evict you. Well, guess what... They don't. Obviously! it's 2am and I was woken up by what sounded like bowling balls being dropped on the floor above my bedroom. Right after this, I realize the jerk's stereo is so loud I can actually understand the words to the songs... in my bed where I should be able to sleep!!!

Oh, a note to future tenants or current tenants reading this: if you call someone in for being loud, don't be suprised if you car is vandalized or burglarized. I have been keyed, emblem stolen, gas stolen, something sticky spilled all over my hood, and actually had someone break into my car and steal the speakers. So, if you think calling loud people in works... it doesn't.
