I first moved here in 2005. I had a one bedroom apt., and I was thrilled, cheap rent, seemed like a good place to live. After a few weeks you figure out why the rent is so cheap. The door locks break, the walls are paper thin, above, below and next to you. The dishwasher breaks, the garbage disposal, heat, air, cracks in the walls, spackeling/paint falling off the walls, etc. All broke within the first month. You call the office and they are curt and always sem to be in a rush to get off the phone with you. So this year, I upgraded to the 2 bedroom deluxe. and OMG the problems GOT WORSE. Our apartment is infested with bugs. This summer we had centipedes, earwings and some other bugs crawling on our walls. DIGUSTING. I opened the cabinets and bugs falled out. I call maintence and they have sprayed our place 4 times and it has done nothing. I told them I thought it had to be a bigger problem in the building because the bugs wold not go away. NOW, I have box elder bugs n my apartment even though I taped my patio door/windows shut with packing tape, and you can see the bugs trying to get in, or they are caught in the tape, they get in anyway. The sink broke, the air broke, its November and our heat is broke for the 4th time. I'm allergic to bees and they had nests on our deck and you could see them flying into the air unit on the wall, and all they would do is spray, not remove the problem. Our walls are getting craks, we can hear everything, our cabinets are falling apart, I hate this place. YOU CAN NEVER FIND A SPOT TO PARK. I would not recommend this complex to anyone, even though it has cheap rent. I've given this place 2 years and as soon as my lease is up, I'm leaving.

I had fleas when I frist moved in and supposibly I had new carpet, what a rip off they charged me 1,130. when i moved out for bull ---- that they needed to replace
