This is an ok starter apartment. When I moved in I got a deal and paid 435 a month including heat and was told we would pay 460 after our lease expired. what they did not mention was that this was only with another one year lease, and that was before heat...otherwise for month to month I will be paying 580, which my 2 bedroom apartment is not worth. I was also supposed to have a dishwasher but I do not...they did take 5 dollars off my monthly rent but still, that sucks. Quite a few bugs sometimes, but if you get ant traps, most of them go away. I live on the top floor and it is still very noisy...never used to be but lately it is...walls are paper thin. Alright grounds and good neighbors, I do feel safe here. Office staff is ok I guess. I have had to call maintainance several times, but they are a gem. They usually come in under an hour (once as little as ten minutes! ) and fix everything right the first time and are very nice. No crime, and frequently noisy neighbors finally were stopped. Overall a good place, but not exceptionally great, and it's not worth it with the increase in rent.
