Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
I lived in building 7 for 2 and a half years and really liked it. I had no problems with maintenance as well as any of the staff, they are all friendly and easy to work with. The rent is very affordable and the apartments are quite spacious. If I didn't get a job that was more than an hour away I would still be living there. My rent started at $385, and that included a cat and my heating bill, went to $400 the next year and $410 after that.
