Very quiet because nobody lives above or below you, of course. Surprisingly expensive to heat with heating unit in window ($200 a month in winter). Needs to be updated (fridge, woodwork, lighting) but roomy (2 bedroom) and otherwise attractive. Decent pool and fitness room, nice clubhouse. Grounds could use more scenery, benches, playground, etc. The fenced in "pond" should be removed.
