This apartment complex has beautiful apartments. They are very modern and spacious. The walls are soundproof and all these things contribute to the overall appeal to the apartments and it is too bad that the management and maintence brings down this complex.

There was many times in my stay at this complex that i had problems with my apartment that they said they would get to and it took weeks to fix. In fact when they did come out they ended up breaking items in my bathroom and refused to replace them. Funny thing is they didn't fix the leak the first time nor the second but they did manage to do it the third. There was one time in the summer of 2004 when the grass was not cut for 2 and a half weeks. In doing so, the grass is now invested with fleas. I did call and ask what the hold up was and they said it was not their problem. There was no snow removial in my view. The did plow but they plowed right into my garage everytime which prompted me to have to by a snow blower.

Overall the experence was not a great one at all.
