Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
I have been living here for almost 2 years, and so far everything has been pretty good. Mangment is pretty good. Maintance is a tad understaft and spare parts (for Heat/AC) are limited. But Maintance has been responded rather quickly to most issues (few) Landscaping seems to be better near the office then off the road.
Some Residents do not understand that there is a 15mph speed limit though the area and with children, elderly, and people walking there pets, as well as most of the parking backing up to the road, this is nessassary.
In My area of the apartment complex there are a few stray cats so if you dont like cats, you may have issues.
