I just recently moved out of the apartments. I lived at Chatwell for a year and left as soon as my lease came up. There were guys painting in an apartment by mine and all I could smell was pot. They came out of that apartment looking glassy eyed and out of it. It didn't make me feel very safe to be living with these kind of people working there. It made me wonder if all the staff was that way. I wouldn't recommend this apartment place at all.

Yeah, I live here. I think it's one of the qualifications that the people need to work here. It seems like it, wouldn't you say?
