I have lived here for a couple years now. I agree with a lot of the previous comments. There are strangly many many stray roaming cats. The older ranch looking apartments are very expensive to heat. They have hotel like heating/cooling systems located under the window in living room. On the good side- it is definetly a lot less ghetto than the other apartments in Davison. I believe they have stricter credit requirements which brings in a better clientel.
