Office staff is horrible!!!!

We lived in Chatwell blub apartments for a year, and when our lease is up, we are getting out of here!! The office staff is very hard to work with. They are very arrogant, and think that they are better than the residents who live here. Our roof leaked,and we had mold in our apartment. When we complained about the roof leaking they said they would try to fix it. They then sent out the maintenence guy who just looked at our ceiling and told us, "Yup, you have a leak". Then left and never did anything about it. When I called the Super he told me me not to worry if the ceiling falls down their is nothing up their that could hurt us. This is the worst apartment complex in Davison, yet they are one of the most expensive. My car was broken into in the parking lot, and the office staff didn't seem to care. Save your money and go somewhere else. Otherwise you will end up spending a ton of money on a rundown apartment, with horrible leasing office staff who could care less about you. They do seem to have lots of time to stand outside and smoke all day though.
