This apartment complex attracts you because all the 'young kids' move into Charter Oaks so the neighborhood is nicer.

Our direct neighbors were wonderful.

They have lived in their apartments for a few years and were very friendly.

Across the parking lot were apartments that had the garages.

When we first moved in the people from across the parking lot plus their visitors would park on our side of the lot.

I would take pictures and document each and every offense and nothing every happened.

In our renting agreement it stated that you can't block the sidewalk.

When I sent them proof someone parked their Dodge Ram so I could barely open the mailbox I didn't get a response.

They couldn't even respond.

We have to dry every load of clothes twice.

They came out and looked at it and said it was just clogged and he fixed it.

It still doesn't dry the clothes.

The thermostat is so dated that you can't tell what temperature it is in the apartment.

You can set the heat on 80 and it will read 70 in the actually apartment.

The door isn't flush with the frame.

There are giant gaps that let in drafty air.

I mentioned that once to the office too.

That was never fixed.

They don't salt the parking lot well.

It is dangerous walking around my car in the winter morning because the snow has packed down and then frozen.

Their 'workout' room leave a lot to be desired also.

The equipment is very old.

It consists of a treadmill, a couple stationary bikes and a weight station.

The floors are peeling! You can hardly clean them because the plastic is peeling up.

The dishwasher is falling out of the kitchen counter.
