Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
 
This place is ghetto. I guess you get what you pay for. Only 615 for three bedrooms and two baths'!' Neighbors are very loud. Constantly fighting going on outside. Our dryer was broke for 2 weeks before we got a new one. I haven't had bugs though:) If you can deal with noise and want a cheap place go for it!
