I have lived in Kearsley Creek for 4 years now and I have watched four different management teams come in and try to clean things up. The tenants don?t care about how their yards look, bikes and toys laying all over the place. When I moved in the landscaping was beautiful now it looks like something you find on the north side of Flint. People don't know how to throw their garbage in the dumpsters and there is always garbage in the parking lot and in the yards. When you call maintenance you have to wait up to a week or more to get anything done because there is only one person handling these issues and they feel the empty houses are more important than those filled with the existing tenants. I do not recommend these townhouses to anyone. Poor management and lazy ass people who let their children run around unattended tearing things up. I moved from Flint to get away from the ghetto just to end up back in the ghetto. I am buying a home and getting out of here finally. DON'T find out for yourself like someone else suggested, by that time it will be to late. If your not sure just drive through the complex around 5 and see for yourself, TRUE GHETTO!!!!!!!!
