We just moved in and at first it seemed like everything was fine when the lease was being filled out, an aggrement was made for a deposit and wasnt fullfilled. We moved in and nothing in the apartment has been fixed. There is a gap in our front door. Doors are broke and in the bathroom in the downstairs behind the toliet the tile is lifting off the floor and from the back of the wall. The windows locks are still broken and when we moved in the place was filthy. There is alot of things on the list we turned in that hasnt even been touched or fixed. The place wasnt cleaned when we moved in. Now we are having a little bit of trouble trying to get things fixed. We know the bathroom floor can be fixed but they wont do it. Management will give you a chance if they can stick to their prior arrangements.. We just want the stuff on our list fixed. Nothing was touched up or anything. We had an aggrement with the apartment with our deposit about breaking it down into payments and now went back on their word. Now they want to give us a 30 day notice when these arrangements were made ahead of time. I think this is so unfair. Like I said they want their deposit. We want our tile and apartment fixed.....
