Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
It's not a bad place for the most part. There are kids all over the place, at all hours in some cases. Staff responds quickly to problems. Rules are not strictly enforced, but that can be advantageous at times.
Pros: Maintenance, Look, Costs of Electric, Pet Policy (NO PET RENT!!!), Neighbors over all
Cons: Office staff often not in, kids running loose, the fact that they just increased everyone's rent by 90$ all the sudden, no dishwasher in some units, laundry, pool upkeep, mail person, parking
