I agreed to move into a newly remodeled apartment on June 1st. It was not ready as promised. The brochure states blinds are included, but they were not. Management stated there were some cost overages with the contractors, and they might not be included. In my opinion, these people cannot be trusted. They will lie to you and misrepresent the facts to get your money. I was told I could move in no later than the 1st, but the inspections were not completed as promised. My security deposit was not refunded as verbally promised. I learned a $200.00 lesson, but it was worth every penny. I am glad I was not stupid enough to sign a lease. Also, the price of the apartment kept changing. They include a "slush" amount for heat and water. Don't get sucked into their schemes.
