Carpeting and kitchens in horrable condition. Rediculous rules such as requireing approval for plants you want on patio or deck, no hanging plants, no grills on decks, $500,000 liability insurance(non existant in Michigan)if you want a satellite dish. If tennants have complaints about other tennants, management will not approach them and just tell you to call the police. The office manager is useless and needs to be replaced. If there are problems with building plumbing, the office manager sends out letters threatening the tennents. The list goes on and on. Before making a decion to move in, don't take my word for it, randomly contact existing tennants and ask questions. I believe you will find a majority who will have complaints.
