A new manager took over and already I'm seeing changes !
HITLER NO LONGER RUNS THE POOL !!
As far as rules go, no matter where you live there are rules to follow. Some of the petty rules like hanging plants on your patio as mentioned in another comment are now being lifted.
I think everyone can find imperfection when they are looking for it, or say bad things when they are angry.
Over all I think this is a really decent place to live.
