I actually did not live here, but i will rate this complex to the best of my knoweldge considering I have close friends that live here, and I myself applyed for an apartment here.

When me and my fiance did put in an application we were turned down because we were not married! I was so upset by this fact, and I of course went to another apartment complex (which was much nicer anyways). I could not believe how rude the office staff was, and they were not even able to give any reasoning behind their absurd policies.

I suggest that you stay away from this complex, because if this is the way office staff treats potential tenants, i am afraid to see how they will treat you after renting an apartment.

Another bad thing about this complex is there terribly placed laundry rooms. My friend had to walk through the snow with full baskets of wet laundry to a laundry roon in another building. They also do not properly clear the snow from the sidewalks and parking lot after getting snow.

And did I mention that a man that was jogging at night got beat to death with a crowbar outside my friends building for no apparent reason'

I suggest you go down the street or even next door to a different complex.

I think that its retarted that you think they were not letting you rent because you were not married!! Also, those policies are for certain reasons. My fiance and I live here and we arent married!! You probably just had bad credit and couldn't get approved!
