I lived at Windsor Place for a year. Thank God for that! I have had many bad experiences with windsor place and the fact that the office staff is very rude. well when we first moved in our walls were not painted, so there were holes from pictures from the people that lived there before and our carpet was stained everywhere and smelled like pet odor, and they told US to steam clean it!!! There are no parking spaces and the laundry room is totally unsafe. They dont shovel the snow ever and the parking lot is five inches of ice all winter and they put a bucket of salt next to the door in the hallways and expect us to do it ourselves. our dishwasher never worked, they came out twice and said that it was fixed but it was not. They refused to get us a different one. The neighbors were very loud, the cops were there every time. A pregnant woman got thrown off her balcony across the hall from us. our air conditioner never worked and our consumers bill was sky high!!! around 200.00 a month. People were always smoking pot on their balconies and partying all the time. and i must say that the office staff is very rude. there is this one office manager who always said can i help you in a very snotty manner anytime i went in the office. they only like you if you are one of them. when i walked into the office once everyone would just stare and give me a dirty look like they were better than me. thats not very professional if you are going to work at a place like that. i strongly suggest that you do NOT live here. you will be very miserable.
