WORST PLACE ON EARTH

This is the worst complex on the the planet!
The maintence is lazy, and almost non-existant. If they fix anyting it either does not work long, or it works not to standard. I called for a clogged toilet one night. The maintence person came with a plunger,tried plungging the toilet, then looked at me and said yep you have a clogged toilet i will be back in the morning. I pulled the toilet myself and fixed it. You can usually find the maintence in the garrage smoking. My building smells like POT 24/7. Partiers at all hours of the night. The police just drive by like there is nothing they can do. What I ment by not working to standard is they fixed my Air last summer and we ran the air 24/7 and never got below 75 degrees. The manager never seems to be in her office. If you can help it stay as far away from here as possible.
