I have lived in Windsor Place for a few years now. The only reason I stay here is because my wife for some strange reason seems to like it here. If your a college age student it probably is that bad. But be for warned Windsor Place likes to threaten the people that live here quite often. This past summer they put up signs that stated if your car sat in the same spot for more than a couple of days they would tow it at the owners expense. Now I am a stay at home Dad that doesn't get out that often and it made me wonder if my truck would be towed if it wasn't moved so every couple days I went outside and parked in a different spot. Not to mention in the winter the manager puts up a sign that if you park over the curb or park where it hasn't been plowed they will tow your car. What seems wierd is this last winter everyone in the building I live in moved their cars so that Windsor Place could blow the area where they usally park and for the entire day the lot wasn't even touched. So I guess if you want to live in a place that you fear your car being towed by the management move into Windsor Place.
