So so.. good place to start..

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
Me and my husband have been living here for bout 10 months, our lease is up Feb 2005. Its a nice starter for any new couple, college kid. But dont expect too much outa it. Asside from the fact we live in one of the olderbulidings its ok. We plan to rent a house next after the lease is up. You'd be better off gettin a ---- house and fix it up yourself. But if you ----- bout a repair and keep bitching you get your way. Our dishwasher was old, like the orginal, bitched and i got a new Kenmore. So if you have good "bitching" skills. Its not bad. ^_^
