I must say I liked it the day that we moved in. From then on, it has been nothing but a nightmare. The outlet plugs are all loose so you will have maybe two wall outlets that will actually hold a plug in them. Our dishwasher served better as a drainboard than a dishwasher because it don't work. We complained about it but they said it was fine. Our bathtub fills up with atleast 3 inches of water... when taking a shower because the water comes out of the faucet and the shower head at the same time. The carpet is pulling up in some spots and there are loose boards under the carpet but they won't do anything about that either. We had problems with our thermostat and told them but they just put a new face on it and said it's fixed. WE ignored it just because it's easier to try and ignore them than to get them to fix something. Remind you we have only been living here for 6 months. We have a 13 month lease. THe parking is awful and they told us to take care of it ourself. You are lucky if you get to park one car upfront because people like to double park. Meaning they take up more than one space at a time. Not to mention there are no lines so they don't really care. The parking lot isn't lit very well and guests always park upfront. Management doesn't really care. Speaking of management the girls in the office act like they are better than you are and don't really get things taken care of either. FOr instance I called to let them know about a bee's nest that is about 23" long and about as round as a small pumpkin (no lie). THe girl in the office said I think we already know about this but thank you for calling, we have a bee lady that we call. I called them a week ago and it is still there. If they knew about it why don't they call her. Its rediculous. Not to mention they told us they have a pest control person that comes out every monday... since April of this year.. I have yet to see them come out. Both management and maintenance are about as useful as a flat tire. I wouldn't recommend living here.
