Nice place to live

I have lived here now for 13 months and I like the place. I have nice neighbors and it stays quite. I live on the third floor so this may help. As far as maintance goes; they could be a little faster with responding to needs. I had my AC quit working and it took them about a week to come and fix it but they said that there was a lot of people with broken AC units so I did not complain. The rent is very reasonable and the walls in my place are sound proof.
