I lived in windsor place for about 6 months before I made myself break the lease. there are what the office calls water bugs!!!! They never come out to fix anything when it is borke. Sorry but that is poor managment. My AC was broke for about 2 whole months out of the summer but yet my consumers was still high!!! My roommate moved back to his moms and they expected me to pay all rent at 510 per month when I was still in school and could only work 18 hours a week. I do not think that they should have let him move out. they will do anything just to screw another person over. Its what they do. In the winter time, they dont shovel or anything. It gets so icey. like 3 inches of ice no joke!!!!

Why would the apartments be responsible for your roomate issues? If a roomate moves out that has nothing to do with the apartments. I have never heard of water bugs I think you may have mistaken them for box elder bugs. Unfortunately they are every where you go.
