The day we moved in should have been a sign. When we were first shown the apartment there was a big red nail polish in the center of the walk in closet (master bedroom).
The girl acted like she didn't see it until I said something about it. She said they would replace it. Well they did.... they day we moved in I was happy to see the stain gone until I opened the linen closet next to the front bathroom. Guess what I found' The big red nail polish stain.They had cut out the spot in the master closet and put it in the hallway closet. Stain is still there.

I really have no complaints on the maintenance(other than the stain)they are here within 24 hours and very nice!!!

Our first year lease still had 3 months on it when they sent us a renewel saying if we didn't renew 2 months early our rent would jump up very high!!! So we had no choice but to renew. There was no time to serch for a new place. It took them almost 5 months to get our rent right. Everytime we paid rent they would say we were behind so every month we had to have them pull the lease and prove them wrong.

We chose this complex because of the newer buildings. Thought they were nice and would have a lower chance of young partying very rude neighbors. It was true till about 6 months ago. All summer they partied till 6am every night. I work 7 days long hours so I need some sleep. Not here!!!

Parking sucks I have to park almost 2 (BIG) buildings away. I get home in the early am still very dark out not safe for anyone let alone a women.

Last one I promise...Just this winter about 1pm while I was sitting in my car letting it warm up the plow truck plowed right behind me and up both sides of me. when I relized I could not get out of my spot because I had snow up to the bottom of my doors I went to walk over to where they were stopped but before I could reach them they took off.NICE!!!! Was almost late for work. Had to kick the snow away from my car because I don't own a shovel. Why' BECAUSE I LIVE IN AN APARTMENT!! Didn't think I needed one. Never had that problem in my last apartment.
4 months left to go!!!!!!!

we'd been at windsor place over 5 years with very little complaints. then after the fire all hell broke loose! no one in that office knows what they are doing. you can get 5 different answers from 5 different people! and 5 different answers from the same person! they tried that lease renewal or the rent will go up with us. if they want us to lock in the current price, then that's what the paper should say! we are NOT signing anything unless it is worded properly! they are trying to collect a "late fee" from 8 months ago! which just so happens conincides with the time that they closed the p o box and started letting residents drop off rent in the office. we have never just dropped rent in the slot. ALWAYS get a reciept! winter time is the pits. over the years at least one of us has missed a day of work or gone in late because the plows don't get here til 9 or 10 am. HELLO!!! some people who don't work onsite have to be to work earlier! and if it snows on a weekend, forget it! you aint goin anywheres! we're signing a 6 months lease and then we are out of here! amen!

WOW! I would be ashamed to say I work there. How sad!!! Thank GOD I didnt get excepted into this apartment complex! I just got me a beautiful apartment in Grand blanc, they are alot bigger, cheaper priced and WAY WAY nicer! All the apartments are well kept and freshly painted, all the appliances are newer and in GREAT working condition. The specials they offer for moveing in for one yr lease are amazing! And the noise levels are nothing compaired to other apartment complex's. I know this because I have lived in these apartments before, and know other people who have or still do live there. The people in the office know what they are talking about, and are very nice and outgoing and easy to talk to. I would have thought because of how much smaller and older the apartments were at Windsor place it would be cheaper and easier to get into there. Im so glad they didnt except me!!!
