We've only had a couple of problems since we've moved in here. We've been here for about 8 monthes or so now, and one problem that we had was our furnace broke...in the middle of winter on a very cold night. The first maintenance was my age (20) and didn't know his ass from a hole in the ground. He told us our furnace was fine, so after he left, my boyfriend called and told them he wanted someone with a little more experience. They sent someone out that day, and it was fixed that day. When we moved in, it was on short notice, and our apartment had only been quickly cleaned, there were cigarette burns on the floors, but, we cleaned our carpets and they look wonderful, besides the couple of burns. There were no horrible set in stains that couldn't be removed. The main problem though, is that on our balcony, the roof above it has started to crack, and bees LOVE it. I hate bees. Horribly. But we sprayed the crap outta them last time and they were gone, so hopefully they don't come back this year. Parking isn't great, no lights and lots o people like to walk around at night, and getting home from work at midnight isn't the funnest. I run as fast as I can to my door. And the laundry stations aren't the greatest, I've had people steal our detergent, and it always seems as if both dryers cannot run at the same time.But its a good starter apartment and it's not that expensive, I definately recommend it over Charter Oaks anyday anytime.
