I live in a one bedroom with my fiance. Pretty nice. We are both college students and can't afford anything to extravagent. And the location is conveniently close to campus. Many times when I get home late I can't find a parking spot. This is more due to people parking like jackasses though, and not the fault of windsor place. Noise levels can range from no noise at all to extreme noise on the weekends. There are feww tenants in our building that seem to think that every friday and saturday night is party time for everyone. But it isn't horrible (after getting a few noise complaints I think they got the message).

The maintenance is hit and miss. Sometimes they are excellent, but other times they never come out, or they fix the problem half-assed.

But like I said, this isn't a bad apartment complex at all and I recommend it. Especially to college students
