I lived at these apartments with my boyfriend for 6 months. We signed a six month lease, which was more expensive, and it was still incredibly affordable. The apartments were a little outdated but overall very livable. The office staff were always friendly and willing to help, and the maintenance staff were quick to solve problems. Parking was great, I never had any problem with it. There were no bug problems, with the exception of a bee hive outside our balcony, but maintenance took care of it very quickly. I enjoyed the pool, it was very clean and I wasn't afraid to swim in it. The only problem I had with this place was the other residents. We had some really loud neighbors that woke us up a lot in the middle of the night as well as a few creepy neighbors, but we just minded our own business and they never bothered us. All in all I would recommend this apartment complex.
