We lived in the back part where it was all brand new buildings and apartments. We paid 685 for a 1000 sq ft apartment. Very happy with maintence, efficient and friendly. The office staff wasn't that great but you don't deal with them that much. The pool was kind of nasty though and the older part of the complex looked a little run down. Lots of families and friendly neighbors. Noise was an issue though, so get a top floor apartment.
