Maintenance was horrible. Grounds were unkept. Someone in the neighboring building was murdered, so that tells you what kind of people were in and out of the "secured" community. Security is a joke, they let anyone in. That is if someone just doesn't go through the holes in the fencing. We had to have a neighbor evicted and arrested for various reasons. My infant son and I (out for a walk) were nearly run over by a speeding passing vehicle going 45 mph, and the driver yelled me. THere are no sidewalks in the complex, runners and walkers have no choice but to use the road and motorists have no regard, they refuse to drive 10-15 mph or go around, and they yell at you when walking. Serious safety concerns at this place. Oh, when they do mow the grass, it usually is about 9 am on a Saturday morning. Noise is a real problem. The windows are paper thin, so you can here EVERYTHING outside even the slighest whisper. However, the walls are thick. Noise between units is under control for the most part.
