Everyone talks about the Manager's ethics. Lack of caring is a HUGE thing. She favors the her KIND OF people. Rude to the elderly whites, brushes me off all the time & rolls her eyes at me.The Manager covers up for maintenance's stupidity & pretends to be ignorant to things that are going on. I've NEVER dealt with anyone so freakin' dumb. Maintenance is -------- & things never get done. I've waited for MONTHS to get work done right. Construction is HORRIBLE! Gangs are walkin around like they own it. Pool is always dirty too. My oven not working is not an emergency?!? ALL LABOR DAY WEEKEND NO COOKING!!! MOTORCYCLES DRIVE ON SIDEWALKS-IT'S ACCEPTABLE HERE! DRIVEWAY LIGHTS DON'T WORK TOO DARK! MAYBE THEY'LL REPLACE CARPET EVERY 20 YEARS.
