THIS IS A WARNING TO ALL future residents who want to move here... please... I beg of you...don't. Manager rating(poor), Maintenance(poor) Bldg ext.condition(poor)-basement leaks, foundation cracks in ceilings and walls of units. Turnaround time for unit repair is anywhere from 2 days to 30 days depending on when maintenance wants to work or just ride around on the golf car most of the time. Outside bldg grounds are kept well, but they REALLY REALLY need to pay very close attention to inside of units.
Took them 30 days to replace dishwasher, hot water tank busted ruined carpet and walls. They won't have carpets cleaned after incident I had to pay to clean carpet. The maintenance men ARE NOT CERTIFIED OR QUALIFIED TO DO REPAIRS(THEY MUST BE RELATED TO THE OFFICE MANAGER, NO MATTER HOW MUCH YOU COMPLAIN ABOUT A REPAIR, SHE JUST LOOKS BEWILDERED...AND SAYS OKAY, I'll remind them.
