Instead of something negative, They have oneconsider, don't look for maintenance to come, because they are too busy driving the golf cart all over the grounds. Find somewhere else that is more than just a "nice view". The carpet is too old,the sinks in the bathrooms need difinitely be updated. Foundation cracks are very visible in the particular unit I am in. Maintenance turnaround time for repairs is 2 days plus...or whenever they are through cruising the grounds in the golf cart. IN SHORT...TAKE YOUR LOVED ONES SOMEWHERE OUT IN BIRMINGHAM, YOU MAY PAY MORE,.BUT YOU WILL BE PROUND OF WHERE YOU LIVE. LIFE IS TOO SHORT FOR EVERYDAY DISSAPPOINTMENTS AND FRUSRATIONS...IF YOU WORK 40 PLUS, YOU TAKE A LOT OF CRAP AT WORK, AT LEAST YOU CAN COME HOME AND RELAX, AND KNOW AT LEAST WHERE YOU LIVE, SHOULD BE A PLACE OF REST AND PEACE AND ALL APPLIANCES,ETC ARE 100% WORKING ORDER. FAIRLANE WOULD BE A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE, THEY JUST NEED TO TERMINATE SOME PEOPLE, AND START OVER, FROM SCRATCH.
