Let me tell you about the new lying manager. First of all she is the most fictious acting manager that I have ever had the privelege to meet. She will mam and sir you until your nerves are shot. At one of the resident functions she claimed that she had a degree in Organizational Management that was a joke. I had to sit down with her and listen to her explain that because of renovations I had to move to another apartment and that I did not get a choice. The most funny thing was she did not know what apartments she had available. Isn't that funny for someone with a degree in organizational management. All I can she the community manager is a very rude , inconsiderate manager that did not deserve her job!

Now about these renovations! The company using the cheapest materials possible. I moved to the newly renovated apartment with old nasty blinds, new chipped cupboards and the same old leaking windows. The best part of the renovations are the the bathroom vanities you get something on the cultures marble and it stains. That is just what I always wanted. So to sum it up the renovations are horrible unless you want a fixer upper.

The grounds are dark and old. They keep promising new light fixtures for the grounds for the last 2 years still have not seen them. The hired the cheapest ground keeping company. They seem to miss half the grass around some of the buildings.

The office staff is O.K except the Community Manager. Just do not get used to them they all quit as fast as they start.

To sum it all up Fairlane East is a bad community the grounds are old, managenent is fake and renovations are already falling apart.

She came from a property at which she ran into the ground and had to be sold.
