Plumbing issues resulted in:
Bath tub controls installed in reverse
Kitchen sink drains installed so that the water drained out in the cabinet.
Dish washer drain installed with inferrior connection; turned brittle and burst, filling the cabinet and Kitchen floor
Blinds in LR and BR are broken (louvers do not engage the gears)
