You can get much better place for your money

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
I lived at fairlane east for two yrs and increased my rent by more than $150 on the third yr...just moved out. The community doesn't even have a gym...the winter time heating bills are damn expensive (maximum I paid for heating was 439.34)....the office workers including the manager (every time I go there, there is always a new staff..) are less compitent....and more.....bottom line...there are a lot better places for the same price......
