I could write a book about my experiences here, from the poor maintenance repairs to the unexpected rent increase and the RIDICULOUS situation in which management took no action when my basement drain began backing up and ALL FOUR basements in our building ended up with 3 inches of water in them as a result.

Then came Susan.

She's the new community manager, and in only a few months she has made a great deal of difference. She has begun enforcing the rules that prohibit children under 12 from roaming around without an adult AND she's banned children from riding their bikes around the parked vehicles (no more dents!). Whenever I've called with a question, problem or idea she has been very nice and receptive. I still agree that the rent is too high ($1070 for 2BR including extra for dog) but it IS beautifully maintained and as a gated community it seems safer than many out there in this area.

Each apt has 1 assigned spot under the carport. There are also beautiful patios and the freedom to plant there OR in front of your apartment. I think that the best part though is the trees. There are tons of huge, mature trees and it really gives it a park-like feel.

The heat/AC here IS very high, mainly because every wall is floor-to-ceiling windows. The living room front wall is a GIANT sliding glass door and the master bedroom has one ENTIRE wall that is a window. This makes the scenery and lighting PHENOMENAL, but it WILL make your electric/gas bills high.
