I lived here for several years and everything was good until the managers changed. I moved out because previously when I needed to speak with the Manager (who had been there for years) I was always able to or she would return my calls and was genuinely concerned with my issues. A little over a year ago, they changed Managers, then I could never get help from anyone & the manager never returned my calls, the one time I got the new manager on the phone she just said, I can't help you, no explaination, nothing. I moved out shortly after. Everything seemed to deteriorate once the new manager started, maintenance, the grounds, the customer service.
