I lived in the inner city before moving to Windsor but never thought that I would pay upwards of $1,200 to live in the ghetto. Mgmt represented Windsor as a place for professionals and after moving in, I found that nothing could be further from the truth: cars playing music loud enough to rattle windows come in and out of the property all night, so forget about getting a good night's sleep. "Neighbors" refuse to put trash in receptacles and will stack bags overflowing with trash outside of them causing large rats to inhabit the complex.

Every night someone will crash through the front gate bar and the next morning management simply replaces the cheap wooden bar instead of coming up with a better solution to protect residents.

The owners must have selected the cheapest materials to build the property because the walls are paper thin, you hear everything from neighboring units; windows are cheap and let lots of cold air in; when neighboring units close front doors it causes floor and wall in my unit to vibrate. When I first moved in, my unit was so filthy I couldn't believe that mgmt said they did a walk through first. My blinds were so dirty they had to be replaced. However, the staff person replacing them told me not to put curtains over them because "they are very cheap and will melt".

Don't bother making any complaint about noise; management will not follow through on promises to rectify.

I have seriously considered reporting property owner(s)/management to either the Hall of Shame or Problem Solvers because they are misrepresenting this place by keeping the leasing office and model attractive while the actual units are shoddy. They are, in essence, scamming prospective residents.

I wouldn't dare renew a lease here.
