I am a current resident, and this is the worst place I've lived. The management is non-exsistant.
You need to watch your back when around this complex, and you aren't even safe from the management. I have a large DVD collection and it shrunk everytime I had a maintenance check up. 13 of my DVD's have mysteriously vanished since I've been living here.
The maintence men don't leave any notification of there visits. They just come in and out as they please. other apartments i've stayed at would a least inform you of work that needs to be done, and when you may be getting a visit. Fairlane at Windsaer apartments lets ther the little staff that they have roam freely.
This apratment complex has a lot of troube putting people into there units and there is a legitiment reason why. Do not move here.
Its common to see fake cable guys going door to door and fake pizza men going door. Don't answer your door without looking through you peep hole first if you are going to live here.
Over christmas i couln't even get into the complex because it was police baracaded, because someone was hiding in apartments sticking people up. It made channel 7 news. Unless your used to the ghetto. Don't move to fairlane
