This is by far the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. do not live here. bad maintenance, bad staff
However, maintenance was non existent. I found it easier to fix my own things. The entry gates were broken 90% of the time, and when they actually did work people would just smash through them every few days. The office staff is USELESS all the way through the management level.
However, DO NOT expect ANY help from management for ANYTHING
I agree with many of the previous comments. Office staff is useless, and fails to follow through with promises made. Especially that Machelle or Machelie manager
Very uncaring management.
Gate is broken 95% it lets strangers thieves enter into apartment complex and hide inside buildings.
Windsor at Fairlane meadow apartments have a very poor customer service and their maintenance department is bad. Besides the gates of the entrance are broken 70% of the time, and they have poor security.
