This was the worst place I have ever lived. I went to management with 3 PAGES of complaints. And the "new and improved" management offered to reimburse me for all the rent that I was OVERPAYING each month, when that is what I was told to pay! As well as all my deposits. After being told I would recieve a reimbursement for over $300 (of my own money!!!), I received $100. All of my phone calls and e-mails were ignored, so I was still shorted all my money.

Want more specifics' After a car jacking BEHIND the "secure" gates, where an elderly woman was beaten, we received a notice saying that our personal safety was our own responsibility.

After agreeing on a specific monthly rent amount, when I showed up with the moving van, it was all of a sudden $40/month MORE!

Upon returning to my apartment after a weekend trip, I found my kitchen FLOODED from the neighbor's water heater that had exploded 12 hours earlier. No one bothered to check my apartment which was RIGHT NEXT DOOR! So my apartment smelled of mold, the floor started peeling up, the oven started sporadically shutting itself off, and myself, my boyfriend and my dog all got sick.

EVERY repair order took at least 3-6 phone calls to get repairs completed.

A/C broke on the hottest days of the year. It took 3 DAYS to fix it!

Shelves fell out of the wall at will.

Bugs and spiders were CONSTANTLY in my apartment.

None of the windows opened correctly. The door lock never worked right. The dumpsters were always overflowing....
