I recently broke my lease early termination The Property Is full of garbage, Loud screeching cars at all hours of the night playing loud music alot of people arguing and such things. Maintenance haha thats the biggest joke..So many problems I did not make thru an entire week with out something going wrong. Including broken leaking windows and Roof which never did get repaired! Bad electrical outlets. Leaking sky light in master bath in the 2 bed 2 bath Town Home. The Model I was shown was absolutely Beautiful the apartment we got was horrible A living nightmare.The office staff does not deserve to work there Useless people that care nothing about you or your needs after your lease is signed Especialyy Erika I would feel horrible for anyone to rent there and pay the high ammount of rent your better off Moving into Detroit itself It is unsafe and unclean and just overall not a good place to live!! Also The walls PAPER THIN ! If you fart your neighbor will know about it ! The security gate lol what a joke never worked or ppl drive thru it 1 little piece of wood haha! Yuor heating and elecrical bills will be abour 300 a month The windows all leak air and the insualation isnt good. The furnaces are also not energy efficient nor the washer and dryers.
