Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007
I have been living here in the complex since August of 2004 and I would have to say I am happen I chose this place. Managment is very nice and helpful, maintenance team is great, they always help with any issues. The grounds are beautiful all year long, very well kept. I had no problem with my bills all were within reason, rent was great they always have specials. My apartment was a one bedroom two floor town home and it was clean and well preserved. I would have to say that the washer and dryer need to be updated, but they washed and dried very well. I will not be renewing my lease but it is only because my job is relocating me to another state. If not I would stay here for as long as I could.
