we have lived here for a year now, and have had nothing but complaints since then. the walls are paper thin--neighbors seem to be straight out of the ghetto, bringing their parties to the apartments. terrible insulation--leading to huge electric bills-- constant fear of car being stolen or broken into. 1 bedroom apartments are tiny--600 sq. ft.--with kitchen practically in the bedroom. $700 dollars a month is way too much, worth about $400 a month.
