I lived here for 4 years and each year it only got worse. I moved into 4 different units and had problems with all of them. The price was also insane, considering the size of the apartments. However, they will try to make deals to keep you which was why I stayed so long. The fitness center always had at least one broken piece of equipment as well. It took them forever to get it fixed too. My first year, my furance went and it took two days to replace. I could never find any parking near my apartment and I also woke up to find my car gone! Second year I also woke up to find my tires and rims gone. In a "gated" community that was never gated. I also had an alarm system that they decided to discontinue during the lease and failed to notify me. In my third year, I constantly had notes on my door from management telling us we needed to keep the noise down and make sure our trash wasn't left by the door but put in the dumpsters. This was put on everyone's door so no one was "singled" out. I also had the rod for the towel in the bathroom fall out of the wall. I also had a big bug problem, lots and lots of spiders and big black beatles. This problem continued into the 4th year as well. Once again, I had parking problems. They also started construction right across the street, outside of the neighborhood. So every day I got woken up to the sound of trucks and construction workers. This lasted the whole year I stayed! Finally in the last year they came up with a way to keep it gated but yet I came home many nights to find the gates up or broken still. Even cameras didn't work on keeping people from breaking the gates. I wouldn't recommend this neighborhood. Try right down the road at Fairlane Woods. It's a bit more expensive but way nicer.
