I have lived in Fairlane Meadow for 7 years. The past year (2007) was by far the best it ever looked. The Front entrance was stunning with beautiful flowers. The front of the office entrance was extrodinary. You can tell that the management takes great pride in who performs the daily task of maintaining the grounds. The Office staff has greatly improved the last couple years. The apartments are well kept up maintenance is all over the place, and very friendly. The exercise room is well equipped. Many of my neighbors have been long term renters, they all feel the same. Also this past winter; never had a problem getting out. The snow plowers had our roads cleaned up better than the county.
